Challenge & Solution
Tight Deadline: One of the primary challenges we faced was the tight deadline for delivering the project. With the Serbia 2022 elections rapidly approaching, there was immense pressure to complete the design and implementation of virtual studio graphics, AR graphics, and real-time data integrations within a limited timeframe.
Complex Data Integration: Integrating real-time election data from various sources into Euronews’ broadcasts presented a significant technical challenge. Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data while maintaining seamless integration with the broadcast workflow required careful planning and execution.
We developed a robust data integration framework capable of aggregating, processing, and visualizing real-time election data in a seamless manner.
Efficient Project Management: To address the challenge of the tight deadline, we implemented efficient project management strategies, including task prioritization, resource allocation, and frequent communication with the Euronews team. By breaking down the project into manageable milestones and closely monitoring progress, we were able to meet the deadline successfully.
